Our software solutions are utilized by some of the largest companies in the energy, manufacturing, and automotive sectors.

We are a division of Hexagon AB, headquartered in Stockholm, with a robust presence in Germany. Our offices in various cities house over 200 employees working across diverse functions, from finance to project management and sales.

Our primary business languages are German and English, and candidates will be assessed on their proficiency in both during the interview process.

The Hexagon PPM division is currently seeking an Order Management Representative.

This position is based in our Munich office, with options for hybrid work arrangements.

You will play a crucial role in providing effective support to our Sales and Services teams, helping to drive our business initiatives forward. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of administrative and operational tasks, reporting directly to the Order Management Manager. This role will cater to our clientele across the DACH region.

Hexagon PPM is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. Your duties will include processing sales orders, managing assets, and handling license generation requests.

Your responsibilities will include...

  • Generating and processing quotes and orders submitted by the sales team using Salesforce CPQ and Dynamics GP.
  • Managing software licenses and assets efficiently.
  • Ensuring accuracy in pricing, quantities, and terms according to established business policies.
  • Issuing precise invoices upon order delivery.
  • Reviewing legal agreements to ensure proper administration.
  • Adhering to corporate export policies.
  • Communicating professionally with internal and external stakeholders to identify and resolve issues.
  • Prioritizing tasks and navigating multiple business systems to fulfill requests.
  • Creating ad hoc reports for management review.

Given the significant interaction with both internal and external clients, strong communication skills are essential. A high level of self-direction and decision-making capability is expected, along with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

Qualifications

Your experience should include...

  • 3 to 5 years of customer service experience, preferably in an international environment.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written German (C2) and English.
  • Familiarity with standard ERP systems (experience with Dynamics Great Plains is a plus).
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn new software functionalities and processes.
  • A team-oriented approach and commitment to excellence.
