Senior Development Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Helmut Fischer Global. As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating projects across various locations and departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Qualify and evaluate automation projects in collaboration with the sales team
  • Conduct proposal calculations and material selection
  • Support supplier qualification in collaboration with the procurement team
  • Oversee projects from concept development to design freeze, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards
  • Track and report project performance, timing, and costs, ensuring project progress and milestones are met
  • Coordinate and ensure delivery of project modules, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
  • Degree in Physics, Mathematics, or Engineering, with a strong background in project management
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the field of measurement technology and related areas
  • Strong knowledge and experience in project management methodologies, including classical and agile approaches
  • Excellent communication, team, conflict, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
