Compensation is aligned with the BAP collective agreement, including allowances, amounting to an annual salary of approximately 70-80k€, based on a standard working week of 39 hours.

Tasks, Skills, and Responsibilities
  • Systematic realization and implementation of an IT landscape as part of a company-wide project aimed at optimizing business processes.
  • Evaluation and enhancement of IT concepts and the software landscape.
  • Support in the implementation and customization of IT applications.
  • Continuous improvement of existing IT application systems.
  • Professionalizing the interfaces between IT and business areas.
  • Assisting internal departments in defining IT requirements and addressing digitalization challenges.
  • Developing and coordinating requirement catalogs for IT application systems.
  • Creating requirement profiles and service descriptions for consulting and services related to IT application landscape optimization.
  • Outsourcing and managing external services.
  • Leading both internal and external project participants.
  • Establishing comprehensive IT quality management.
  • Conducting and managing IT project management with a focus on costs, deadlines, and quality.
Professional Requirements
  • Completed university studies in Business Informatics, IT Management, Business Administration, or a related field, with a minimum of five years of experience in consulting for the implementation of business IT application systems.
  • Fluent in German, both spoken and written.
  • Strong expertise in managing IT projects from scoping to implementation.
  • Practical experience in analyzing current processes and modeling future processes.
  • Ability to translate business processes into system requirements.
  • Experience with agile project management methodologies (Scrum, Design Thinking, etc.).
  • Structured approach to complex issues in process design and IT systems implementation.
  • Understanding of evaluating IT concepts and existing/future IT infrastructure and software landscape.
  • Experience in implementing ERP systems is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of BPMN 2.0 graphical specification language is desirable.
  • Analytical, structured, and conceptual thinking with a focus on results, understanding costs and deadlines.
  • Highly committed, flexible, and resilient with strong communication and organizational skills.
