We are seeking a committed Head of Technical Department for our organization, specializing in fitness and wellness.

In this role, you will oversee and coordinate all technical functions to guarantee seamless operations.

Your primary responsibilities will encompass the upkeep and repair of all equipment, managing the technical workforce, and upholding stringent safety protocols.

The ideal candidate will possess outstanding leadership abilities, technical knowledge, and a genuine enthusiasm for the fitness industry.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and coordinate all technical operations within the fitness facility
  • Supervise maintenance and repair of fitness apparatus and technical infrastructure
  • Lead and nurture the technical team
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and standards
  • Collaborate with various departments and management to maintain operational efficiency
Your Qualifications:
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Plumbing, or a related discipline
  • At least 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role, ideally within a fitness studio chain
  • Comprehensive understanding of fitness equipment and its maintenance
  • Strong expertise in Electrical Engineering, Plumbing, and Dry Construction
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills
  • Team-oriented with the ability to inspire and develop others
