Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our team at headwaypersonal GmbH. As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective production of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collecting membrane samples
  • Inspecting membranes using the fault pattern table and error pattern catalog for final membrane control
  • Storing membranes in the membrane storage area according to the first-in-first-out system
  • Assembling modules according to specifications and work instructions
  • Properly processing and filing release certificates
  • Transporting the charge to the saw

Requirements:

  • Experience in production work
  • Accurate and meticulous work habits
  • Teamwork and initiative
  • Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
