Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Controller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining work plans for tools, new designs, fixtures, and manufacturing tools in SAP. This role requires strong technical understanding and background knowledge, as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Work Planning and Coordination
  • Create and maintain work plans for tools, new designs, fixtures, and manufacturing tools in SAP
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and cost-effective production
• Technical Support
  • Provide technical support for production schedules, timeliness, and quantity-specific release of production orders
  • Determine mechanical lead times for individual parts and assemblies for quotes and demand loading
• Material Management
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date material master data
• Communication and Collaboration
  • Regularly communicate with all departments involved to monitor and meet delivery deadlines

Requirements

• Education and Experience
  • Completed vocational training with advanced specialized qualifications (Master / Technician)
  • Several years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Technical Skills
  • Proficient in reading drawings with GPS dimensioning
  • Experience with SAP and MS-Office
• Soft Skills
  • Ability to work independently and take responsibility
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
