Key Responsibilities
- Manage composite materials while adhering to established safety protocols.
- Execute hand-lamination of composite parts according to specifications from project engineers.
- Prepare components for curing through vacuum bagging techniques.
- Develop tooling patterns and molds utilizing chemical sealers and release agents.
- Construct molds based on provided patterns.
- Adhere to build manuals and maintain quality assurance processes.
- Address and resolve quality concerns in collaboration with project engineers.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed.
- Effectively prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to interpret detailed drawings and instructions.
- Prior experience in low-volume vehicle production or motorsport environments.
- Proficiency in composite trimming, grinding, and drilling to high standards.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Capability to remain composed under pressure.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team or independently.
- Flexibility to accommodate shift work as necessary.
