About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Consulting Manager to join our team at Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA. As a key member of our SAP consulting team, you will be responsible for leading and managing SAP consulting projects, developing and implementing SAP solutions, and providing expert advice to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage SAP consulting projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Develop and implement SAP solutions that meet our clients' business needs and objectives.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to our clients on SAP-related matters, including system implementation, configuration, and customization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and delivery teams, to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP technologies, trends, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our SAP consulting services.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in SAP consulting, with a strong background in SAP implementation, configuration, and customization.
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong technical skills, with expertise in SAP systems, including SAP ERP, SAP CRM, and SAP SCM.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and analyze business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
