Als Head of Industrial Engineering Electronics Production übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für das Engineering unserer Elektronikfertigung. Die Abteilung umfasst vier Teams in den Bereichen Planung, Anlaufmanagement, Softwareentwicklung und Digitalisierung für unsere Fertigung und Logistik mit insgesamt 30 Mitarbeitern.
Verantwortlichkeiten- Arbeits- und Ressourcenplanung sowie Koordination der Aufgaben innerhalb der Abteilung
- Impulsgeber für Technologieentscheidungen und Entwicklung von Prozesslösungen für unsere Elektronikfertigung und die damit verbundene Logistik
- Gestaltung des Wertstroms der Produktion und technologischer Ansprechpartner für die Elektronikfertigung innerhalb der Produktentwicklungsprojekte
- Ansprechpartner für Design for Manufacturing in den Produktentwicklungsprojekten
- Termingerechte Umsetzung von Produktionslösungen für den Serienbetrieb und in den Neuanlaufprojekten
- Entwicklung des Teams und der einzelnen Teammitglieder
- Konzipierung von Lösungen zur Prozessverbesserung und -modernisierung
- Sicherstellung einer hohen Verfügbarkeit der vorhandenen technischen Lösungen
Wir suchen nach einem erfahrenen Führungskraft mit folgenden Qualifikationen:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in den Bereichen Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, Elektronik oder einer verwandten Fachrichtung
- Erfahrung als Führungskraft im industriellen Fertigungsbereich, vorzugsweise in der Elektronik
- Hohes technisches und organisatorisches Verständnis
- Freude und Faszination an der Gestaltung von Produktionsbereichen
- Kenntnisse im Bereich Lean Production und SMART Factory wünschenswert
- Interesse an der direkten Fertigungsverantwortung
