Purchasing Specialist in Electrical Engineering

Zur Verstärkung unseres operativen Einkaufsteams suchen wir eine/n engagierte/n Einkäufer/in, der/die unser Team unterstützt. In dieser Rolle haben Sie die Möglichkeit, Ihre Fähigkeiten in einem innovativen Umfeld einzubringen und weiterzuentwickeln.


Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Abwicklung der Einkaufsvorgänge mit Schwerpunkt Elektrotechnik für alle operativen Gesellschaften der Fringsgruppe.
  • Einholen, Vergleichen und Verhandeln von Angeboten.
  • Auslösen von Bestellungen, Prüfen von Auftragsbestätigungen und Überwachen der Liefertermine.
  • Beschaffung von Standard- und Sondermaterialien.
  • Abschluss von Werkverträgen für Nachunternehmerleistungen und Organisation des Dienstleistungseinkaufs.
  • Pflege der Lieferanten- und Produktstammdaten im Warenwirtschaftssystem.
  • Analyse von Auswertungen, Erstellen von Mängelrügen und Nachverfolgung von Lieferverzügen.

Wir erwarten:
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im technischen oder kaufmännischen Bereich mit idealerweise Berufserfahrung im technischen Einkauf, vorzugsweise in der Elektrotechnik oder TGA.
  • Belastbarkeit und ein hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit.
  • Selbstverständliche adäquate Kommunikation – persönlich, telefonisch oder schriftlich.
  • Eigenmotivation und die Fähigkeit, die Arbeit eigenständig zu organisieren.
  • Versierter Umgang mit den Standard MS Office Produkten und einem gängigen Warenwirtschaftssystem oder die Bereitschaft, sich in diese einzuarbeiten.
  • Verhandlungsgeschick, souveränes Auftreten sowie soziale Kompetenz und Teamfähigkeit.
