Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and update order confirmations
• Manage the operational procurement process for standard components
• Coordinate and track delivery schedules with suppliers, implementing necessary actions to ensure timely arrivals
• Administer the complete complaint management process for standard components, including documentation of improperly delivered items and coordinating corrective measures with a focus on time and cost efficiency
• Conduct ongoing supplier assessments and development, along with regular evaluations of the procurement landscape and potential supply sources
• Engage in special projects within the procurement sector

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training in commercial fields such as Industrial Clerk, Office Communication Specialist, or Wholesale and Foreign Trade Clerk, or equivalent qualifications
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Strong command of English
