About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Director to lead our laboratory team at SYNLAB. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing medical leadership and expertise in all areas of laboratory medicine.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a point of contact and advisor for colleagues at the Coburg hospital
- Provide medical leadership and expertise in all areas of laboratory medicine
- Conduct and interpret laboratory tests, and ensure accurate and timely results
- Contribute to quality management and quality assurance processes
- Collaborate with colleagues across disciplines to provide a comprehensive service to our clients
Requirements
- Completed specialist training in laboratory medicine
- High level of responsibility, initiative, and enthusiasm
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with others
- Flexibility and willingness to support other hospital laboratories in the region (desirable)
