Was erwartet dich?
  • Du übernimmst eine zentrale Rolle in allen Phasen des M&A-Prozesses, von der Akquise bis zum Closing.
  • Du leitest Projekte eigenverantwortlich und betreust eigene Kunden.
  • Du erstellst professionelle Präsentationen, Pitches, Teaser und Informationsmemoranden.
  • Du identifizierst und kontaktierst potenzielle Käufer und Verkäufer.
  • Du führst Finanzanalysen und Unternehmensbewertungen durch.
Was solltest du mitbringen?
  • Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschafts- oder Rechtswissenschaften oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
  • Du verfügst über mindestens ein Jahr relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich M&A oder Corporate Finance.
  • Du bringst Organisationstalent, herausragende analytische Fähigkeiten und Kommunikationsstärke mit.
  • Du zeigst Motivation, Belastbarkeit und Freude an der Teamarbeit.
  • Du hast eine Leidenschaft für den Mittelstand und das Unternehmertum sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in Excel und PowerPoint.
  • Du bist bereit, aktiv Kunden zu betreuen und Verantwortung zu übernehmen.
  • Du sprichst Deutsch auf verhandlungssicherem Niveau und beherrschst Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift.
