Agile Master Sales and Finance

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Agile-Master, der unsere Vertriebs- und Finanzabteilung in die Zukunft führt.

Als Agile-Master werden Sie Teil eines Teams aus Fach- und IT-Spezialisten und werden gemeinsam mit Kollegen aus Sales und Finance die Entwicklung des Vertriebs von Morgen vorantreiben.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Entwicklung des Vertriebs von Morgen als Agile-Master in einem Team aus Fach- und IT-Spezialisten
  • Aufsetzen, Durchführen und Nachbereiten von agilen Events
  • Unterstützung der Initiativenleiter und Produkt-Owner in agilen Fragestellungen
  • Aufzeigen von Schwachstellen und Herausforderungen im agilen Prozess
  • Weiterentwicklung der agilen Zusammenarbeit gemeinsam mit allen Stakeholdern
  • Unterstützung des Teams bei der Sicherstellung der AWM-Konformität und beim Impediment-Handling
  • Weiterentwicklung der Agile-Tool-Chain (v.a. Jira und Confluence)

Wir erwarten von Ihnen:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik oder Betriebswirtschaftslehre bzw. abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung und entsprechende in der Praxis erworbene Erfahrungen
  • Kompetenz zum Einfordern der Einhaltung von Pflichtelementen des vereinbarten agilen Arbeitsmodells gegenüber diversen Stakeholdern
  • Fähigkeit zur Eskalation sowie zum Aufzeigen von Weiterentwicklungsbedarfen
  • Kenntnis der gängigen Modelle und Scaling-Frameworks
  • Sehr gute Moderations- und Präsentationskompetenz
  • Idealerweise Erfahrungen im Bereich Change/Transformation-Management
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
