Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs in metal technology and Industry 4.0 for apprentices
• Design and implement practical and theoretical training content in metal and Industry 4.0, ensuring compliance with training regulations
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective learning modules
• Organize and execute training events, including job fairs and student internships, to promote industry knowledge and skills
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital and Industry 4.0 training methods, and develop innovative approaches to enhance learning experiences

Requirements:

• Relevant technical training and certification in metalworking and CNC programming
• Proficiency in CAD design and CNC machining
• Experience in creating effective learning modules and training content
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse groups
• Proficient in MS-Office and other relevant software applications
