Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee a variety of procurement activities with efficiency
• Ensure the economical acquisition of products
• Work in close partnership with departmental leaders to drive sales performance
• Engage proactively with both internal teams and external vendors regarding orders
• Review order confirmations and invoices as required
• Monitor industry delivery timelines
• Effectively follow up on order status inquiries
• Manage inventory levels and new stock
• Regularly update product and master data
• Serve as a communication bridge between suppliers and sales departments
