We are currently seeking a Plastic and Rubber Process Engineer (m/f/d) to enhance our team at our facility in Leipzig-Mölkau.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establishing production machinery and preparing necessary materials
• Managing, adjusting, and overseeing the production process
• Identifying and rectifying manufacturing challenges
• Conducting quality assurance and maintaining product quality documentation

Qualifications:

• Completed vocational training as a process engineer, with a background in injection molding or similar fields
• Understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems, along with machine setup
• Proficient computer skills
• Dependability, attention to quality, and meticulous work ethic
• Openness to shift work
• Proactive attitude and team-oriented mindset
