We are looking for a dedicated and skilled professional to take on the role of Head of Medical Device Reprocessing and Central Sterilization Unit (AEMP/ ZSVA).

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising the AEMP and the reprocessing of endoscopic instruments
- Managing staff, including their development and scheduling
- Driving continuous enhancements in departmental processes and quality management in line with EN ISO 13485:2016
- Ensuring adherence to applicable regulations, guidelines, and hygiene standards
Required Qualifications:
- Certification as a medical device reprocessing specialist or equivalent
- Background in healthcare with significant experience in AEMP, ideally with leadership responsibilities
- Completion of Sterile Goods Management Specialist course III (DGSV) or course II (DGSV) with a commitment to pursue management training
- Thorough understanding of planning, controlling, and monitoring reprocessing workflows
- Enthusiasm for interdisciplinary collaboration
