We are looking for a dedicated and skilled professional to take on the role of Head of Medical Device Reprocessing and Central Sterilization Unit (AEMP/ ZSVA).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervising the AEMP and the reprocessing of endoscopic instruments
  • Managing staff, including their development and scheduling
  • Driving continuous enhancements in departmental processes and quality management in line with EN ISO 13485:2016
  • Ensuring adherence to applicable regulations, guidelines, and hygiene standards

Required Qualifications:

  • Certification as a medical device reprocessing specialist or equivalent
  • Background in healthcare with significant experience in AEMP, ideally with leadership responsibilities
  • Completion of Sterile Goods Management Specialist course III (DGSV) or course II (DGSV) with a commitment to pursue management training
  • Thorough understanding of planning, controlling, and monitoring reprocessing workflows
  • Enthusiasm for interdisciplinary collaboration
