As a Service Advisor/ Workshop Manager at DELLO GRUPPE, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and managing workshop operations.

- Deliver expert and specialized guidance to customers regarding service offerings
- Promote tailored aftersales services to meet customer needs
- Prepare service orders while considering feasibility, warranty, and special offerings
- Oversee the scheduling and execution of maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring high-quality standards
- Enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty while expanding the clientele
- Support workshop operations as a manager
Your Profile:
- Completed technical training with specific manufacturer qualifications
- Several years of experience in a dealership, particularly in aftersales operations
- Strong customer service orientation and enthusiasm for the automotive industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and familiarity with CARLO Dealer Management System is a plus
- Demonstrated resilience, performance, eagerness to learn, organizational skills, and endurance
- Ability to work independently and structure tasks with a focus on cost-effectiveness and results
