About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Commercial to join our team at BERSHKA. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing store displays and product presentations that showcase our latest fashion trends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Expertise: Utilize your excellent fashion and design knowledge to optimize our internal guidelines and ensure our products are presented in the best possible way.
  • Store Display: Set the scene for our products on the store floor, creating visually appealing displays that inspire our customers.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze product performance in the store to identify opportunities to increase sales and implement effective measures to achieve this goal.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and designers, using your creative and stylish outfit combinations to inspire our customers.
  • Team Collaboration: Share your knowledge with your team colleagues through regular trend workshops, ensuring everyone is aligned with our visual merchandising strategy.
Requirements
  • Experience: You have some experience in visual merchandising or visual marketing, with a proven track record of creating engaging store displays and product presentations.
  • Trend Awareness: You are constantly on the lookout for the hottest trends and know all the latest designers and must-haves.
  • Aesthetic Sense: You have a keen sense of aesthetics and a fantastic imagination, able to create visually appealing displays that showcase our products in the best possible way.
  • Attention to Detail: You have an eye for detail and ensure that every single product is presented in a first-class way.
