Hauptverantwortlichkeiten:
• Teamführung: Überwachung und Leitung eines Teams von 30 Mitarbeitern, Bereitstellung von Anleitung, Mentoring und Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten.
• Dienstleistungsmanagement: Verwaltung der Bereitstellung von Telekommunikations-, Netzwerk- und Kommunikationslösungen für Kunden und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von SLAs und KPIs.
• Disziplinarische Maßnahmen: Implementierung und Durchsetzung von Disziplinarverfahren, Umgang mit Leistungsproblemen und Aufrechterhaltung einer Hochleistungskultur.
• Dienstadministration: Überwachung der Verwaltung von Diensten in Sicherheits- und IP-Netzen, um optimale Leistung und Kundenzufriedenheit zu gewährleisten.
• Personalführung: Starke Führungs- und Personalmanagementfähigkeiten demonstrieren und ein kooperatives und engagiertes Teamumfeld fördern.
• Operative Exzellenz: Förderung der betrieblichen Effizienz, Identifizierung von Prozessverbesserungen und Implementierung von Best Practices.
• Stakeholder-Management: Aufbau und Pflege enger Beziehungen zu internen und externen Stakeholdern.
• Problemlösungskompetenz: Analyse komplexer Probleme, Entwicklung effektiver Lösungen und Durchführung von Korrekturmaßnahmen.
Erforderliche Qualifikationen:
• Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Leitung eines technischen Teams in der Telekommunikationsbranche.
• Fundiertes Verständnis von Telekommunikations-, Netzwerk- und Kommunikationstechnologien.
• Umfassende Kenntnisse von Service Level Agreements (SLAs) und Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
