We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Hellmann Worldwide Logistics. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and expanding existing relationships in the Lehrte area.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to create and coordinate offers and tenders, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction
- Manage and maintain accurate documentation of sales activities, business potential, progress, and success in our CRM system
- Represent Hellmann at industry events, trade fairs, and other external engagements to promote our brand and services
- Proven commercial training and at least 3 years of experience in a comparable sales role, preferably in the freight forwarding and logistics industry
- Strong product and market knowledge in the road sector, with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and experience with CRM systems
- Excellent German language skills, with good written and spoken English skills, and a valid driver's license
- Strong social and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of customer and solution orientation, with good presentation skills and a confident, engaging manner
