About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Governance, Risk & Compliance Consultant to join our Financial Services team at KPMG. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for advising our clients on defining and implementing cyber security and information risk management systems to prepare for threats and disruptive changes.
Your Responsibilities
- Advise clients on the development of cyber security and information risk management systems to mitigate threats and disruptions.
- Understand IT and compliance requirements for financial services companies and advise on their implementation through efficient processes, automation, and IT tools.
- Develop business continuity and IT service continuity strategies and processes to ensure resilience in the face of unexpected events.
- Design sourcing strategies and create control processes to manage risk in collaboration with financial companies and their service providers.
- Work in an interdisciplinary team to solve complex problems and take early responsibility in an international environment.
- Collaborate with clients to develop tailored solutions that meet legal requirements.
Your Profile
We are looking for a candidate with initial knowledge in at least two of the following areas: xAIT, Digital Operational Resilience Act, ISO 27001, and information security management, business continuity management, and IT service continuity management, service provider control (Third Party Risk Management).
Requirements
- Results-oriented and motivated individual with high enthusiasm.
- Ability to think outside the box and explore new paths with innovative ideas.
- Knowledge of project management skills and a strong understanding of processes and their interconnections.
- Experience with common cyber security, governance, risk, and compliance tools (e.g. ServiceNow, RSA Archer, Jira, etc.).
- Some experience with the use of AI or interest in its possibilities for improvement.
