Your key responsibilities:

• Planning and upkeep of machinery and equipment
• Assembly and installation of molds, connecting them to existing systems
• Conducting trial runs and measurements on production machines prior to commissioning
• Basic programming and/or configuration of dosing and casting machinery as needed
• Training staff and clients on machine operation
• Monitoring machine performance, conducting routine maintenance, and troubleshooting issues

Your qualifications:

• Completed training as an Industrial Mechanic or Mechatronics Technician (m/w/d) with a focus on electrical engineering or substantial relevant experience
• Initial experience in the maintenance of machinery and production facilities
• Familiarity with electrical engineering, pneumatics, and hydraulics
• Knowledge of PLC technology (S7) and conventional toolmaking techniques
• Manual dexterity and coordination for operating production machinery
• Detail-oriented approach to producing order-related and technical documentation using MS Office
• Technical aptitude and practical skills in machine maintenance to identify and resolve issues
• Flexibility to work shifts and weekends
