Pedagogical Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pedagogical Specialist to join our team at the Grundschule an der Lenbachallee in Ottobrunn.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Develop and implement social education programs for children and youth
• Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to provide comprehensive support to students
• Design and lead workshops and training sessions on social skills and life skills
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of need and develop targeted interventions
• Build and maintain relationships with local community organizations and stakeholders

**Requirements:**

• Master's degree in Social Education, Pedagogy, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in social education or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
