• Record and post invoices in our financial system
• Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and reports
• Verify employee time records and ensure compliance with company policies
• Contribute to the preparation of tax filings and ensure accurate calculations
• Monitor payment deadlines and ensure timely payments

• Completed vocational training as an office clerk, industrial clerk, or similar qualification
• Previous experience in accounting is highly advantageous
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP
• Strong team player with reliability and responsibility
