Position Overview
We are currently seeking a dedicated
On-Road Client Relationship Manager (m/f/d)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture assigned existing client accounts
- Identify and acquire new clients
- Plan, prepare, and conduct annual reviews, acquisition meetings, closing discussions, and pricing negotiations, along with follow-up and documentation
- Monitor market trends and client situations, providing strategic insights to management
- Develop the On-Road aftermarket sector
- Oversee project management in accordance with automotive standards
- Assist in conducting customer satisfaction analyses and other evaluations
Qualifications
- Completed engineering degree or equivalent technical training, or relevant knowledge acquired through other means
- A versatile sales professional with a strong background in technically complex components and solid business acumen
- Minimum of five years of professional experience in the automotive supply industry
- Essential industry knowledge in the commercial vehicle sector
- Customer-focused technical expertise combined with a confident demeanor
- Proficient in MS Office; CAD skills are a plus
- Fluent in both German and English
- Willingness to travel internationally
