A Day in the LifeAs a Senior Digital Engineer, you will play a key role in defining and implementing digital standards for operations, ensuring consistency and efficiency across our manufacturing processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop comprehensive digital standards that meet the needs of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Define digital standards for operations in alignment with our internal guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop digital standards
- Guide and support factories in the implementation of digital standards
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in digital operations
- Develop competencies within the organization through training and knowledge sharing
- Lead digital initiatives for new industrialization projects
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience in defining and implementing digital standards for operations
- Strong knowledge of Automation Foundations, Manufacturing Execution Systems, Line integration, Data Collections, and Data Contextualization
- Experience in supporting factories in the implementation of digital standards and driving digital transformation initiatives
- Excellent project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
