Senior Go Software Engineer (m/f/d) - E-CommercePermanent Position, Full-time

We are seeking a seasoned software engineer with a strong affinity for Go and e-commerce. In this role, you will establish technical benchmarks and best practices for our Go-centric systems. You will work collaboratively with teams across various countries to devise innovative solutions and guide less experienced developers. Your Responsibilities
  • Establishing and disseminating standards and best practices for the Go programming language throughout the organization.
  • Overseeing adherence to security protocols, coding standards, and other relevant guidelines.
  • Conducting thorough code reviews and offering constructive feedback to fellow developers.
  • Providing training and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers to enhance their understanding of Go.
  • Engaging in resolving intricate technical challenges through programming and expert advice.
  • Collaborating with various teams to grasp requirements and create technical solutions that align with business goals.
Your Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of 8 years in software development with a specialization in Go.
  • In-depth knowledge of Go language specifications and experience in building and maintaining complex backend systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in establishing coding standards, security protocols, and best practices for Go.
  • Proficient in conducting code reviews and providing valuable feedback.
  • Experience in mentoring developers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Strong analytical skills and the capability to address complex technical issues.
  • A collaborative mindset and effective communication skills for successful teamwork.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, including in an agile environment.
