Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Energy Procurement Manager to join our team at Refratechnik Holding GmbH. As a key member of our Global Supply Team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our global energy procurement strategy, ensuring the timely and cost-effective supply of energy to our locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement global energy procurement strategies to ensure the timely and cost-effective supply of energy to our locations.
  • Monitor energy market trends and negotiate energy contracts with suppliers to secure the best possible prices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for energy efficiency and cost savings.
  • Manage energy procurement contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on energy procurement activities and costs.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as energy economics or supply chain management.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in energy procurement or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of energy markets and procurement processes.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in German and English.
