We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team at Friedhelm Loh Group. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive lead generation and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Conceptualize and execute automated multi-channel campaigns to focus on lead generation
- Develop and manage workflows, emailings, and landing pages
- Design and implement nurture campaigns and scoring models in collaboration with business units
- Process and manage lead data in collaboration with sales organizations
- Conceptualize and execute SEA/Paid Performance campaigns
- Monitor and create evaluations of relevant KPIs, including recommendations for action
- Train and support our international subsidiaries on lead generation topics
- Identify trends in B2B lead generation and marketing automation
- Completed studies with a focus on marketing or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in the field of digital marketing/marketing automation
- Experience with marketing automation tools such as Hubspot or Salesforce
- Knowledge of other tools and systems from the marketing environment (e.g. Magnolia CMS, AEM, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Knowledge of data protection law
- Fluent English skills
- Strong analytical skills and a hands-on mentality
