We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Personnel Administrator (m/w/d) to join our team at STUBNERpersonalservice GmbH.
About the Role:
- As a Personnel Administrator (m/w/d), you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR department, including answering queries from management and employees on labor, personnel, and tariff law matters.
- You will be responsible for general operational tasks in the personnel department, including the execution of all administrative tasks related to personnel management.
- You will be responsible for maintaining personnel files and taking over correspondence with employees, health insurance funds, authorities, and social security institutions.
- You will support the HR Business Partner in their areas of responsibility and HR projects.
Requirements:
- A completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification, preferably with extended knowledge in the personnel department.
- Good computer skills and experience with MS Office.
- Excellent German language skills and good English language skills.
- Engaged, reliable, responsible, and independent working style.
- Reliability in handling confidential and personal data.
- Fundamental knowledge of tax and social security law and good knowledge of labor and tariff law.
