We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Personnel Administrator (m/w/d) to join our team at STUBNERpersonalservice GmbH.

About the Role:

  • As a Personnel Administrator (m/w/d), you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR department, including answering queries from management and employees on labor, personnel, and tariff law matters.
  • You will be responsible for general operational tasks in the personnel department, including the execution of all administrative tasks related to personnel management.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining personnel files and taking over correspondence with employees, health insurance funds, authorities, and social security institutions.
  • You will support the HR Business Partner in their areas of responsibility and HR projects.

Requirements:

  • A completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification, preferably with extended knowledge in the personnel department.
  • Good computer skills and experience with MS Office.
  • Excellent German language skills and good English language skills.
  • Engaged, reliable, responsible, and independent working style.
  • Reliability in handling confidential and personal data.
  • Fundamental knowledge of tax and social security law and good knowledge of labor and tariff law.
