Accounts Payable Specialist

I. K. Hofmann GmbH is seeking a dedicated and experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team.
In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of all incoming invoices and payments. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, contributing directly to the financial health and stability of our organization.
Your Responsibilities:- Manage the full cycle of accounts payable transactions, from invoice receipt to payment processing.
- Accurately record incoming and outgoing payments, ensuring timely and accurate reconciliation.
- Maintain meticulous records of all invoices and disbursements, adhering to established accounting principles.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, providing valuable insights into our financial performance.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve invoice discrepancies and ensure timely payment processing.
- Proven experience in accounts payable within a dynamic business environment.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in German and excellent communication skills.
- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in relevant accounting software (e.g., SAP R/3).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
