Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and outline the logistical needs of clients utilizing EPG | LFS software.
- Facilitate project coordination with clients through various communication channels.
- Assist in the testing of processes, whether remotely or on-site.
- Articulate client-specific requirements for software enhancements.
- Manage administrative duties within the project management framework.
Qualifications
- Completed education in Information Technology or a related discipline.
- Previous experience in IT consulting or logistics is advantageous.
- Excellent analytical abilities with a keen interest in optimizing processes.
- Openness to national and potential international travel.
- Fluency in English is required.
