Our events are meticulously designed to address industry demands, providing exceptional access to insights, data, and learning opportunities, along with extensive networking prospects to enhance business growth.
PRIMARY DUTIES
- Overseeing the production of both single and multi-track Live conferences annually.
- Collaborating with the Production Head to define the strategic direction for the event series.
- Conducting thorough market analysis to uncover new conference themes and commercial avenues within our offerings.
- Crafting and structuring conference agendas that align with the latest industry developments.
- Formulating comprehensive conference agendas, securing high-profile industry speakers, and exploring innovative revenue streams and event formats.
- Recruiting and managing speakers and workshop facilitators for forums.
- Partnering closely with marketing and delegate sales teams to optimize audience engagement and revenue generation.
- Working in tandem with the sponsorship manager to identify and secure sponsorship opportunities.
- Contributing to content-driven promotional efforts, including social media initiatives.
- Identifying and developing digital solutions related to your event series.
- Analyzing competitor events through various resources to enhance attendee and speaker engagement and to produce top-tier agendas.
- Establishing yourself as the primary contact for the conference.
- Building relationships with key stakeholders, thought leaders, industry associations, and media partners.
- Occasional travel for business development and event management (10 – 15%).
- Developing new connections for events with significant clients and international institutions.
- Creating content and thought leadership materials such as e-books, infographics, reports, and analyses.
- Advising sponsors on their promotional strategies to meet their event goals and objectives.
- Managing events on-site/virtually and overseeing logistical requirements.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Strong qualitative research capabilities.
- Ability to identify and capitalize on commercial opportunities.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
- Creative and innovative thinking to enhance the series of events.
- Business acumen.
- Willingness to travel occasionally (EU & US), estimated at 10 – 15%.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
