About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Engineer to join our team at Kinexon. As a Customer Support Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for our industrial customers, providing technical support and resolving issues related to our location-based technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to industrial customers via phone, email, and remote desktop sessions
  • Resolve complex technical issues related to our hardware and software solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including development and sales, to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently
  • Document customer interactions and issues in our CRM system
  • Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support to our customers
Requirements
  • Strong technical background in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Fluency in English and German (written and spoken)
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and other collaboration tools
