Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electronics and Process Operations Specialist to join our team at GROB-WERKE GmbH & Co. KG. As a key member of our Business Unit Elektrische Antriebe, you will be responsible for the installation and automation of laser equipment, as well as the application of process operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and automate laser equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Support the development of welding concepts from the early stages of the project.
  • Oversee the implementation of quality-related requirements for process applications.
  • Implement and train on process software with artificial intelligence.
  • Install and commission laser applications for electric motors and battery systems in-house and on-site at customer locations.
  • Analyze and resolve errors, reproduce and rectify issues, and document errors.
  • Develop installation guides and error documentation.
  • Act as a technical point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including customers and suppliers.
  • Verify, accompany, and optimize series production.
  • Ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements.
  • Support and train new team members.
Requirements
  • Completed electronics or mechatronics training or a technical degree, preferably with a focus on automation technology.
  • Excellent team skills in a multidisciplinary and international environment.
  • Proficient in English language, both written and spoken.
  • Structured and self-motivated work style.
  • Flexibility, assertiveness, and willingness to travel worldwide.
