Job Summary

As a key member of the Bürstner GmbH & Co. KG team, we are seeking an experienced IT Consultant to join our Shared Service Team MES. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support for our manufacturing operations, ensuring seamless integration of our MES systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical leadership and support for the MES system, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Analyze internal production requirements and optimize production workflows using MES functionalities in collaboration with the MES Team Lead.
  • Implement MES processes based on local and cross-functional requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with production departments, the MES Team, and external technical service providers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support and conduct software testing, updates, and releases at the Kehl site in collaboration with the MES Team Lead.
  • Develop and conduct training sessions for relevant personnel at the Kehl site.

Requirements

  • Completed degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field with a focus on information technology or business engineering.
  • First-hand experience as an IT professional, preferably with a focus on MES or production.
  • Strong English language skills.
