Job Summary:

Seifert Logistics GmbH is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Apprentice to join our team. As a Logistics Apprentice, you will play a crucial role in supporting our logistics operations and contributing to the success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Logistical Planning and Organization: Assist in planning and organizing logistical processes, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.
• Goods Receipt and Verification: Receive and verify goods based on accompanying documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels and prevent losses.
• Picking and Packing: Select and pack goods for shipment, adhering to loading regulations and company standards.
• Loading and Shipping: Create loading lists and loading plans, ensuring compliance with loading regulations and company policies.
• Document Management: Process shipping and accompanying documents, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Equipment Management: Assist in planning and organizing the use of work and transport equipment, ensuring efficient and safe operations.
• Quality Assurance: Participate in quality assurance activities, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to process enhancements.
• Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks, including booking delivery notes and entering data into warehouse management systems.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Interest in Logistics: Demonstrated interest in logistical processes and a willingness to learn and grow.
• Teamwork Skills: Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to lift and move goods, with a focus on physical fitness and safety.
