Packaging Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Packaging Engineer to join our Science & Technology team in Kiel, Germany. As a Packaging Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing packaging solutions for our sterile products.

• Design and develop packaging solutions that meet GMP compliance and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure packaging solutions meet product and business needs
• Optimize packaging processes and materials to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Develop and implement packaging strategies to meet business objectives
• Ensure packaging solutions meet regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure packaging materials meet quality and regulatory requirements
• Develop and maintain packaging documentation and records
• Participate in packaging-related projects and initiatives

• Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Packaging Technology, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in packaging engineering or related field
• Strong knowledge of GMP compliance and regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Proficiency in MS Office and packaging design software
