The Digital Modalities team supports the Digital Hubs in achieving their digital goals, significantly enhancing productivity while reducing service costs. The team's mission is to utilize top-tier digital tools to transform our operations by equipping our field teams with cutting-edge digital innovations, incubations, and automations that dramatically boost talent productivity, leading to increased market reach and accelerated value, speed, and execution scale, all while crafting unforgettable digital customer experiences.
The team operates on a global scale, with members located in various countries and collaborating across time zones, including the US, Canada, Spain, Germany, India, Singapore, and more.
In this role, you will:
• Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in digital technologies and Generative AI, proposing innovative solutions to improve field performance and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to pinpoint process challenges and automation opportunities.
• Engage with third-party technology vendors to comprehend technology applications and their relevance to specific use cases.
• Design and implement a comprehensive pilot plan for testing and validating digital tools, including defining success metrics, selecting pilot participants, and coordinating pilot activities.
• Monitor and assess the performance of digital tools during the pilot phase, collecting user feedback and insights, and making necessary adjustments to enhance functionality and user experience.
• Develop and execute a rollout strategy for the successful adoption of digital tools across the organization, ensuring adequate training and support.
• Assist in initiatives to promote rapid adoption of digital tools and ensure quick value realization for users.
• Present findings and results in an engaging manner, effectively communicating the impact of digital modalities initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align technology initiatives with broader business strategies.
Who you are:
You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences. We seek individuals who are proactive, resilient, and inquisitive. You enjoy working on meaningful innovative projects and are motivated by continuous learning.
• Pursuing a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Capable of independently managing a specific task/workstream/project with minimal oversight.
• Proficient in navigating dynamic scenarios/requests, prioritizing tasks, and meeting tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for making data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven project management skills, with a track record of successfully handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, utilizing advanced features to create high-quality presentations and analytics (using MS Excel or other analytical tools).
