Lead Training Specialist for Foundry Operations

Position Overview

Parsons Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Foundry Training/TDP Lead to enhance our training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute comprehensive Foundry Training at designated sites.
  • Stay updated on emerging internet data sets and advanced exploitation tools.
  • Design and implement training programs, including criteria for assessing training effectiveness.
  • Organize and facilitate educational sessions for authorized personnel.
  • Conduct research pertinent to national security, infrastructure, and technological vulnerabilities.
  • Develop and refine course content and objectives for a cohesive OSINT training curriculum.
  • Maintain detailed records of training activities, participant achievements, and overall program effectiveness.
  • Regularly update course materials to ensure relevance and accuracy.
  • Innovate learning solutions and apply industry best practices to tackle unique training challenges.
  • Research and recommend new educational technologies and multimedia tools.
  • Keep abreast of relevant technologies and subject matter.
  • Articulate the capabilities and limitations of current and future PAI/CAI collection and exploitation technologies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 15+ years of relevant experience, Master’s degree with 13+ years, or PhD/JD with 10+ years of experience.
  • Active TS/SCI Clearance.
  • Proven ability to develop, manage, and evaluate training programs to meet both internal and external learning objectives.
  • Expertise in needs analysis, custom course development, and evaluation of training effectiveness.
  • Proficient in organizing, communicating, and delivering course content and materials, along with developing engaging learning activities.
  • Skilled in creating training materials, visual aids, and documentation for various instructional formats including lectures, lab exercises, and online training.
  • Ability to monitor and assess training programs, analyze outcomes, and implement necessary improvements.
