Lead Engineer Power Electronics

Key Responsibilities- Oversee the technical and managerial leadership of a team comprising 5-10 professionals in the domain of power electronics.
- Facilitate the professional and personal growth of team members.
- Consolidate and expand knowledge across departments regarding power electronics.
- Foster technical collaboration and networking with various teams and departments.
- Enhance and refine existing processes and tools.
- Support ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Act as a representative for power electronics topics during client interactions.
- Assess specifications and deliverables in collaboration with clients.
- Identify and secure new project opportunities.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Extensive experience in power electronics.
- In-depth knowledge of power electronics and electric drive technologies.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Proven experience in team leadership and employee management.
- Proficient in client engagement and relationship management.
- Ability to work independently, structured, and solution-focused.
- Commitment to high-quality standards and customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with standard software tools (e.g., Matlab/Simulink, PLECS, LTSpice).
- Negotiation proficiency in both German and English.
