About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our IT Application Management team at Medizinischer Dienst Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic and highly specialized team in the field of Application Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of IT professionals in the development, implementation, and maintenance of our core applications and second-level support.
  • Oversee the operation, development, and/or modification of our base and core applications, as well as second-level support in the Applications area.
  • Manage and execute projects within your area of responsibility, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and efficiency.
  • Represent the company at national level in large-scale projects.
  • Collaborate closely with other IT team leaders to share knowledge and best practices.
  • Report directly to the IT Department Head.
Requirements
  • Completed education in the IT field; a degree in Computer Science or a related field is an asset.
  • First-hand experience in Application Management.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft technologies and applications, particularly in customizing and operation (SharePoint, Microsoft 365, or.NET).
  • Practical experience in applying a programming language.
  • Passion for the latest technologies and trends.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
