Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Technician for Special Machines to join our international team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Installation and commissioning of new systems for our customers at home and abroad
  • Conversion of existing systems at our customers' premises
  • Providing technical support to our customers both by telephone and on site
  • Active participation in improvement processes and their implementation in cooperation with internal departments
  • Initiating service contracts and other machine requirements as well as customer training

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as a mechatronics/electronics technician (f/m/d) and/or further training as a mechanical engineering technician
  • Relevant experience in mechanical engineering or special machine construction;
  • Ideal experience in mechanics, electrics, pneumatics and basic knowledge of PLC controls
  • Structured, independent way of working, ability to work in a team, reliability and willingness to take responsibility
  • Good comprehension skills and high quality awareness
  • Customer-oriented thinking paired with an eye for the company's interests
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Willingness to travel internationally
  • Other foreign languages an advantage
