Beschreibung der Position

Als Clinical Study Manager (m/w/d) sind Sie bei Hox Life Science GmbH für die Leitung und das Management klinischer Studien verantwortlich. In diesem Projekt arbeiten Sie in einem dynamischen Umfeld und stellen sicher, dass alle Studien gemäß geltender regulatorischer Vorgaben durchgeführt werden.

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Strategische Planung, Management und Durchführung von klinischen Studien von der Länderauswahl bis zum Studienabschluss, inklusive Archivierung auf lokaler Ebene
  • Einhaltung von SOPs, ICH/GCP sowie regulatorischen Vorgaben während der gesamten Studienlaufzeit
  • Identifizierung und Antizipation von Risiken, die die Studienleistung gefährden könnten, und Entwicklung geeigneter Gegenmaßnahmen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern, um operative Prozesse zu optimieren und die Durchführung der Studien zu beschleunigen
  • Übernahme der Rolle als zentrale Ansprechperson in einem therapeutischen Bereich und Führung von Studienteams durch Veränderungsprozesse
  • Repräsentation der Perspektive des Clinical Study Managers in unternehmensweiten Initiativen
Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen
  • Abgeschlossenes Bachelor- oder höheres Studium in Gesundheits- oder Naturwissenschaften (Biologen, Chemiker, Pharmazeuten, Biotechnologen)
  • Mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in der klinischen Forschung, idealerweise kombiniert mit Projektmanagement- und Monitoring-Erfahrung
  • Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Dienstreisen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Management komplexer klinischer Studien
  • Breites wissenschaftliches Wissen in verschiedenen therapeutischen Bereichen
  • Internationale Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit globalen Teams
  • Zertifizierung im Projektmanagement (z.B. PMP/PMI)
  • Fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Arbeitsbedingungen
  • Befristete Anstellung im Rahmen eines Projektes
  • 37,5-Stunden-Woche
  • Homeoffice möglich nach Absprache
  • Gehalt: Angelehnt an den Chemietarif (ca Euro p.a.)
