Job Responsibilities

As a Project Manager at ROM Technik, you will be responsible for overseeing various-sized building projects in the technical building equipment sector. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing building projects of different scales, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Specializing in the installation and commissioning of mechanical supply systems, particularly HVAC and climate control systems.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the work performed by your team, ensuring it meets the required standards.
  • Creating and maintaining records of measurements, inspections, and acceptance protocols.
  • Ensuring the smooth execution of all tasks, including adherence to occupational safety measures.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A completed education in a related field, such as plant mechanics or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of experience as a project manager in the TGA sector.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to document work efficiently.
  • A structured approach to projects, with a willingness to take decisions and find solutions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external project partners.
  • Flexibility and a valid Class B driver's license for on-site work.
