Dein Job

Als Commercial Associate wirst du eng mit unserem Management-Team zusammenarbeiten und als Sparringspartner für den jeweiligen Business Director fungieren. Du wirst Schritt für Schritt mehr Verantwortung übernehmen und dabei helfen, unsere Kunden mit uns gemeinsam ihre Ziele zu erreichen. Dazu gehören regelmäßige Meetings und Review-Sessions mit unseren Kunden, die aktive Problem- und Konfliktlösung in den Projekten und die Unterstützung bei der Planung, Koordination und Durchführung von regelmäßigen Steering Committees.

Was wir von dir erwarten

Wir erwarten von dir, dass du ein ausgeprägtes "Customer-First-Mindset" hast und ein erstklassiges Gespür im Umgang mit Kunden besitzt. Du solltest begeistert von Technologie und erstklassigem Software-Engineering sein und einen erstklassigen Hochschulabschluss in den Wirtschaftswissenschaften haben. Ggf. hast du erste Erfahrung in einem Technologie-Unternehmen oder einem Startup gemacht. Du solltest absolut zuverlässig sein, eigenverantwortlich und lösungsorientiert handeln und bereit sein, aktiv mitzusteuern.
