Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Assistant to join our team at WMF Store in Wolfsburg. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive advice and support to customers, showcasing our premium products, and assisting the Store Manager in enhancing sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice and support to customers in-store, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
  • Showcase our premium products, highlighting their features and benefits.
  • Assist the Store Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in consumer products or a relevant background in hospitality.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in German, with a strong understanding of the local market and culture.
  • Experience with POS systems and sales software, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Flexible schedule, with the ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
