Solar Energy Project Leader

Your Responsibilities

We are seeking a talented project management professional (m/f/d) with a passion for renewable energy. Your expertise will ensure that our projects are executed seamlessly and efficiently. Become a vital part of the BELECTRIC GmbH team.

  • Oversee all phases of large Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC) solar initiatives across Europe, particularly in Germany.
  • Ensure the successful daily execution of contracted engineering, procurement, and construction tasks, focusing on performance, financial metrics, scheduling, safety, quality, contractual compliance, and client satisfaction.
  • Lead and manage diverse teams of international multi-disciplinary experts.
  • Coordinate and integrate engineering, procurement, and construction activities effectively.
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, providing regular updates and maintaining effective communication between the client's team and internal stakeholders.
  • Take charge of risk and opportunity management, including the identification and management of changes.
  • Plan and manage all aspects of the construction process, including subcontractor selection and collaboration with engineers and vendors.

Your Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in engineering, such as Civil Engineering or Industrial Engineering, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in project or construction management.
  • Relevant work experience in the renewable energy sector is preferred.
  • Essential: Advanced knowledge and application of project management methodologies and processes.
  • Basic financial knowledge and the ability to work independently with finance-related information.
  • Proven experience in managing both internal and external project stakeholders.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly MS Project.
  • Excellent command of German and good English skills.
  • A collaborative team player (m/f/d) with flexibility, independence, self-motivation, and a focus on results and quality. Strong presentation skills and intercultural competence are essential.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
